The 2024 Constitution National Convention was a political event to choose the Constitution Party's Presidential and Vice Presidential Candidate for the 2024 United States Presidential Election. It was held from April 24-27, 2024.[1]

Randall Terry, an anti-abortion activist and 2012 presidential candidate, won the party nomination.[2] Stephen Broden was nominated for vice president.[3]

Randall Terry won a majority in the first round. Joel Skousen, from Utah, got many votes from the Midwest but only 19 votes from the rest of the country. He carried New Hampshire and West Virginia outside his region. Paul Venable won most votes in South Carolina and Missouri, and Daniel Cummings won the most votes in Wyoming. Terry won the remaining ten states.[4]

At the convention, there was also a debate about an amendment to remove references to God from the party platform, proposed by Skousen, but it was defeated.
